We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for Snapz Duo. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An Snapz Duo telesales representative you would need to be an excellent communicator and have strong people skills. Candidates must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing existing business.
DUTIES
- Targeted daily sales calls
- Liaising with the Snapz Duo Management Team
- Visiting potential customers
- Working on your own to generate sales leads
- Keeping daily/monthly sales records and databases up to date
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Escalating any customer issues to appropriate member of the management team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Previous experience as a client facing telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of oral and written English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
REMUNERATION
Applicants will be given full product training and access to ongoing product support although a previous knowledge of Hemp/CBD products will be an advantage. Successful candidates will be given a salary and also will be paid commission on all sales closed.
